Trade Valencia's crowded avenues for the open rice-field lanes around Albal, and the difference is immediate. Rent a quad in Albal and you can be threading paddy-field tracks toward the Parc Natural de l'Albufera within minutes, then pushing on to the pine dunes of La Devesa before the lagoon catches the evening light. A rental quad in Albal turns what would otherwise be a string of separate day trips into one loop you ride at your own pace.
Albal sits right where Valencia's suburbs give way to the Albufera's paddies and shoreline pines, and that mix of flat paved roads, service tracks, and sandy paths is exactly where a quad earns its keep. A car struggles on the narrower paddy lanes and can't get near the water; a quad handles both without fuss, and since most of the sights below sit within 10-20 km of town, a single rented quad in Albal covers beach, lagoon, historic villages, and the city itself in one afternoon.
Road-legal quads require a driving licence, and rental companies typically ask to see a full car licence rather than anything lighter. If you're travelling on a non-EU licence, bring an International Driving Permit along with your home licence, since desks commonly ask for both. Companies usually set their own minimum age — often 18 or 21 — and will block a deposit on a credit card in the renter's name; the amount depends on the vehicle and operator.
Average rental price is 15-25 EUR per day during low season, rising to 35-55 EUR per day in high season, with premium models running 45-70 EUR per day.
High season runs July and August across mainland Spain, plus Easter week, so book ahead if you're arriving then. Low season stretches from November through March, when prices ease and availability is easy to find last-minute. If you'd rather ride in comfortable weather without the summer crowds, May-June and September-October hit that balance well.
Spain drives on the right. Helmets are compulsory for riders on mopeds and motorcycles at all times, and quad rules generally follow the same expectation. Speed limits run 50 km/h in built-up areas, dropping to 30 km/h on single-lane urban roads, and 90 km/h on conventional roads outside town. The blood alcohol limit is 0.5 g/l, tightened to 0.3 g/l for riders with less than two years' experience. Keep your phone out of your hand while riding — handheld use is banned, same as headphones.
On our website you can rent the following types of quad bikes: sport ATV, utility quad, two-seater quad, automatic quad, manual-shift quad, 4x4 quad, buggy (UTV), off-road racing quad, kids' quad, and larger touring ATVs.

Usually basic third-party insurance is included in the rental price. When you make an online quad bike reservation you can also order the following extra services and equipment: helmet, goggles, gloves, individual guide or instructor, photo and video service of your ride, transfer to the starting point of your ride, full insurance, delivery to the address you choose.
Most of our local quad bike rentals have many years of experience and will provide you with a well-maintained quad, helmet, guide and friendly service.
