1. I have a rental company. How can I add my vehicles to the BikesBooking platform?

Please register your rental company in our system at: https://bikesbooking.com/en/companies/register/. We will contact you about all other details.

 

2. What is BikesBooking?

BikesBooking - is an online booking service for bikes, scooters and motorcycles. You can add your company to our system and users from all over the world will be able to find and rent your bikes. We provide every rental company with a private account where you can manage your company info, bikes, photos, tariffs and see calendar of bookings.

 

3. Why work with BikesBooking?

We provide customers with perfect service and help them find your company. It is easy to book a bike on our website - we have a friendly interface in 10 languages and accept most popular currencies. We also have 24/7 customer service. We can increase the number of your customers by 19% on average (*statistics based on rental companies already registered on BikesBooking).

 

4. What vehicles can I add?

You can add any type of: scooter, bicycle, motorcycle, moped, quad bike (ATV), buggy (UTV) or segway.

 

5. Is it free?

BikesBooking charges a commission for every booking. Listing is free and there are no monthly fees. This means that you pay only if somebody rents your bike. Even if nobody books your bikes, you will still receive a free online advertisement from us, because we promote your rental company in Google and other search engines. Ask us about our commission percentage via email.

 

6. What are the benefits of being a partner of BikesBooking?

We are online advertising professionals and by partnering with us you will receive free advertisement on Google and other search engines, free listing on our website, 24/7 multilingual help and more customers from the Internet.

 

7. Payments

We don’t charge the full rental price at the moment of booking: we only charge our part at the moment of booking, and the customer will pay the rest to you in your office on arrival.

 

8. Cancellation and no show

We allow customers to cancel their bookings for free up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. After 48 hours we can charge the full rental price from the customer. The same applies in the case of a no-show.

 

9. E-voucher

We send the customer a Voucher to confirm the booking with all details (price, vehicle, dates, etc.). The customer must print or show the BikesBooking Voucher on their smartphone.
