Picture the wide, tree-lined avenues of Campo Grande opening up in front of you, the wind in your face as you steer past the lakes of Parque das Nações Indígenas before turning off onto a red dirt side road toward the water at Represa do Lageado. This is a city built on a grid, made for covering ground, and a quad puts every corner of it — and the Pantanal-edge countryside just beyond — within easy reach.
Campo Grande's wide, well-planned avenues and unpaved red-dirt side streets are exactly the mixed terrain a quad-bike handles best. Its stability makes short hops out to reservoirs, parks and rural back roads around the city genuinely practical — trips a bus route won't cover and a bike on foot simply can't reach — without asking you to take on a full Pantanal expedition.
Quad-bikes in Brazil are generally treated under the car licence category (B), though it's worth confirming the exact class with the rental company before booking. You'll need to be at least 18, though many rental companies set a higher minimum for quads. An International Driving Permit is required alongside your home licence, and a deposit — usually a credit-card hold in your name — is standard practice.
Average rental price is around BRL 90/day during low season, rising to BRL 130–180/day in high season. Larger-engine or newer premium quad models run BRL 200–250/day.
High season runs December to March, boosted by Carnival, with a secondary peak in July during school holidays — book ahead if you're travelling then. Low season, roughly May to September in this part of Brazil, brings quieter roads and better prices, and is generally the easiest time to find a quad-bike rental in Campo Grande without planning too far in advance.
Brazil drives on the right. Helmets are mandatory for rider and passenger on scooters and motorcycles, and motorcycles must run with headlights on at all times, even in daylight. Urban speed limits sit at 60 km/h unless posted signs say otherwise. Drink-driving law is zero-tolerance: any detectable alcohol counts as an offence, so plan to ride sober. Keep your licence, vehicle documents and rental papers on you — checkpoints are common and cameras cover much of the city.

When you make an online quad bike reservation you can also order the following extra services and equipment: helmet, goggles, gloves, individual guide or instructor, photo and video service of your ride, transfer to the starting point of your ride, full insurance, delivery to the address you choose.
Most of our local quad bike rentals have many years of experience and will provide you with a well-maintained quad, helmet, guide and friendly service.
