Termini e Condizioni della società di noleggio:When collecting the bicycle, the customer must present a valid identification document (passport, identity card or equivalent). A refundable security deposit is required upon delivery of the bicycle. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, subject to inspection of the bicycle and confirmation that it has been returned in the same condition as when it was delivered. The security deposit is as follows: - €100 for city bikes; - €150 for trekking bikes and mountain bikes; - €150 for 24" electric bikes; - €300 for road bikes; - €300 for electric bicycles; - €400 for e-gravel bikes. Customers may purchase optional damage protection at a cost of €10.00 per day. When this protection is purchased, no security deposit is required. A bicycle delivery and collection service are available to the customer's accommodation or any other address specified at the time of booking. Delivery and collection charges are as follows: - €60.00 (up to a maximum of 8 bicycles) within a 15 km radius of our Naples main office. - €70.00 for delivery and collection at Naples International Airport or the Port of Naples. - For destinations beyond 15 km, or for delivery and collection at two different locations, a personalized quotation is available upon request by email.
