Conditions générales de la société de location:A valid identification document (passport, identity card, or equivalent) must be presented when collecting the bicycle. A refundable security deposit is required upon collection unless the customer purchases the optional Damage Protection, available for €15.00 per day. Security deposit amounts: €100 – City Bike; €150 – Trekking Bike & Mountain Bike; €150 – 24" E-Bike; €300 – Road Bike; €300 – E-Bike; €400 – E-Gravel Bike. A bicycle delivery and collection service is available, for an additional fee, to hotels, B&Bs, private accommodations, Naples International Airport, the Port of Naples, or any other address specified at the time of booking. Delivery and collection charges are as follows: €70.00 (up to 8 bicycles) within a 15 km radius of our Amalfi delivery point. €70.00 for delivery and collection at Naples International Airport or the Port of Naples. For destinations beyond 15 km, or for delivery and collection at different locations, a personalised quotation will be provided upon request. Please note that our Amalfi Collection Point operates by appointment only and is not a public rental shop. The service is available for rentals of a minimum rental period of 2 days. For rentals of one bicycle or one-day rentals with collection and/or return in Amalfi, a €50.00 service surcharge applies. Bicycles are transferred from our main operational headquarters in Naples exclusively to fulfil the customer's reservation, ensuring the same high standards of preparation, maintenance and customer service offered at all our locations.
