Terms and Conditions of the rental company:A valid identification document (passport, identity card, or equivalent) must be presented when collecting the bicycle. A refundable security deposit is required upon collection unless the customer purchases the optional Damage Protection, available for €15.00 per day. Security deposit amounts: €100 – City Bike; €150 – Trekking Bike & Mountain Bike; €150 – 24" E-Bike; €300 – Road Bike; €300 – E-Bike; €400 – E-Gravel Bike. A bicycle delivery and collection service is available, for an additional fee, to hotels, B&Bs, private accommodations, Naples International Airport, the Port of Naples, or any other address specified at the time of booking. Delivery and collection charges are as follows: €60.00 (up to a maximum of 8 bicycles) within a 15 km radius of our main office in Naples. €70.00 for delivery and collection at Naples International Airport or the Port of Naples. For destinations beyond 15 km, or for delivery and collection at different locations, a personalised quotation will be provided upon request by email. Please note that bicycles may also be collected directly from our main office in Naples by appointment, at no additional cost.
