Terms and Conditions of the rental company:A valid identification document (passport, identity card, or equivalent) must be presented when collecting the bicycle. A refundable security deposit is required upon collection unless the customer purchases the optional Damage Protection, available for €15.00 per day. Security deposit amounts: €100 – City Bike; €150 – Trekking Bike & Mountain Bike; €150 – 24" E-Bike; €300 – Road Bike; €300 – E-Bike; €400 – E-Gravel Bike. The customer is fully responsible for the bicycle and all accessories throughout the rental period and agrees to return them in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear. The optional Damage Protection covers accidental damage resulting from the normal use of the bicycle. It does not cover theft, loss, misuse, negligence, vandalism, or intentional damage. A delivery and collection services are available for an additional fee at hotels, B&Bs, private accommodations, airports, ports, or any other agreed location. The BikesBooking Collection Point in Castellabate (SA) operates by appointment only and is not a public rental shop. The service is available for rentals of a minimum of 2 bicycles and a minimum rental period of 2 days. A €50.00 surcharge applies to rentals of one bicycle or one-day rentals with collection and/or return in Castellabate (SA). Late returns not previously authorized may result in the charge of an additional rental day, together with any other costs incurred as a consequence of the delay. By confirming the reservation, the customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Rental Conditions.
